For those out there shopping the hundreds of e-bike options, this bike has been totally without any problems for the last 3 years and over 11,000 miles. Still as sturdy and smooth as the day I bought it.

Love the empowerment my bike gives me to keep active! The ride is smooth, easy to control, and can go so much farther to site see than walk. No regrets.

I purchased my 1st Level2 eBike on-line during the Black Friday Sale in November 2023. I added the rear mirror and the bag for the rear rack. During the past four winter months, i have put nearly 600 miles on the bike. I will be riding more frequently now that the weather has improved. I love the bike. I'm 6'3", 200 lbs, and purchased the large step-over model (glacier). It feels like the bike was made for me...a perfect fit and very comfortable to ride. Even though it has a motor, i am still looking for an athletic ride. I'm 63 years old and need to stay in shape. Therefore, i always keep it in pedal assist 1, pedal hard and never use the throttle. I can get my pulse up to a rate that is comparable to a brisk walk. I look forward every day to my time out on the bike. It is so much fun! The quality of the bike is awesome. I can get 45 miles from a full battery, and the torque sensor delivers a true bike riding experience. I swapped out the seat for a suspension seat post and Cloud9 seat. I also installed Schwalbe Marathon ePlus tires which are much more puncture resistant. (no more flats) Last month, i purchased a 2nd Level2 eBike (pink step-thru, small size) so that my wife and daughters can accompany me on occasion. They love that color!! i purchased the 2nd one thru a LBS. I will be getting a free additional battery because of the sale. It takes a little more patience applying for the free battery when you don't buy it online. However, with a little persistence, it's on its way. I am very happy with my purchases!! I really love this bike. I always ride on level 5, and go at around 20mph. Someone took my bike for a spin, and then when i got back on it on level assist 5 I seemed to be going at 15mph. I also noticed that the little plastic boost accelerator of some sort would bring me back up to 20mph, but I would have to keep holding the thing down to stay at that consistent speed. I am not clear what the little plastic lever on the left side of the handlebar actually does, but it seems you have to keep it held and not let go of it?!

In any case, great bike, easy to assemble, customer service was very good so overall I am impressed. I also find the battery life to be pretty good.

Makes riding enjoyable. I control how much effort I have to exert.
