Your eBike has a built-in one-year warranty, which warrants the following to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period: lithium-ion battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware.

EBikes are intended for persons 16 years of age and older.

Across most of the United States, e-bikes are subject to the same rules and regulations as traditional bicycles. You should research the rules and regulations for riding an electric bike in your specific area to learn more.

We recommend confirming the rules around the following: peak power limit, top speed, and throttle usage.

Max rider weight is the maximum allowable weight for the bike rider. This spec is determined through safety testing of critical components like the frame, seat post, saddle, and seat post clamp.

Payload capacity is the total amount of weight the bike can carry. This includes the rider's weight, accessories, cargo, and additional child passengers.
