Have only gone on 3 bike rides so far but am very happy with how the bikes are working. The torque sensor works well allowing you to pick how much effort you would like to put into your ride.

My wife and I have been riding on bike trails on hybrid bikes for 4 years and enjoying the low impact exercise since we are in our 50s. Usually from 15-30 miles. I hesitated moving to e-bikes from road bikes because I didn’t want to lose the exercise benefit of being self powered. We decided to get 2 level 2s after a hip surgery and have been very impressed. The new bikes are able to be pedaled without assistance on most trails while using the assist on bigger hills. Great benefit is starting from a dead stop. Crossing roads and needing to get going quickly is a breeze with the lowest level power. The wind used to really annoy me when ridding but with the boost it’s not an issue any more. I have rarely used anything over a level 1. Just did a 15 mile ride and the battery gauge is still reading 100% charge on both bikes. Probably won’t need those free extra batteries.

I was in a bad motorcycle accident four years ago and ended up with a shattered hip and rods in my left leg. Bicycling is something I have loved my entire life, but I would pay the price with severe pain. I started looking for a step through bike and happened upon some amazing reviews of e-bikes which led me to purchase an Aventon Level 2. I ordered it direct from the website without even a test ride. It arrived at my door about a week later and I can’t stop smiling! What an amazing time we live in where I have access to my local trails once again, pain free. I have shown the bike to friends and loved ones who can’t believe what an amazing experience these bicycles are. Thank you Aventon! If you’re on the fence, buy one. This is one purchase with no buyers remorse. (Assembly was super easy too😉).
